Allen Bradley Reflector Kit For Use With 42KC Series, -25°C to +55°C Operating Temperature - 92-93

Use this reflector kit from Rockwell Automation's Allen Bradley range to complete the setup of your retro-reflective sensor. A retro-reflective sensor typically consists of a transmitter and receiver housed in the same unit, eliminating the need to wire separate components. It projects a beam of light from its transmitter, which bounces off a reflective module on the other side of the monitoring area before sending the signal back to the receiver. This unit consists of a physical reflector, reflective tape and a mounting bracket for complete assembly. For easy setup, it's designed for use with retro-reflective sensors from the 42KC series.

    • Ambient temperature range between -25°C and +55°C to withstand demanding environments
    • Comes with mounting screws and nuts for hassle-free assembly
    • Stainless steel mounting bracket is resistant to corrosion for durability

What's the difference between a physical reflector and a reflective tape?

As a physical reflector is rigid and stable, it's typically used in sensor applications that need a permanent reflective surface. A reflective tape is suitable for use in temporary installations where the reflective surface needs to be changed frequently.
