Expertly designed to be installed on safety guards and gates, this switch works by isolating the control power to the machine when the safety barrier is opened. The magnetic actuator is removed upon guard door release, which opens the NC safety contacts. This stops dangerous machines in which are in motion, preventing injury to operators.
