    For a smart control system that delivers optimal customisation, reliability, and security look no further than the Micro830 Programmable Logic Controller by Allen Bradley.

    These cost-effective controllers are specially designed for stand-alone machine control applications which require flexible communications and I/O capabilities. They can support up to 88 Input/Output points with high performance I/O, interrupts, and Pulse Train Output motion (PTO). These programmable controllers allow easy incorporation of up to 5 plug-in modules, which provide greater personalisation and increased functionality without adding to the product footprint. They offer simplified communication via the serial port and removable terminal blocks on most models to reduce wiring time.

    For ease-of-installation and maintenance Micro800 system control devices share common software and accessories. These smart devices by Allen Bradley ensure that you can reduce downtime, decrease operational costs, and maximise productivity with a fully customised control solution.

    The Micro830 PLC’s are easy to program and use Connected Components Workbench programming software, which is free to download. This software provides controller programming, device configuration and data sharing with the HMI editor for PanelView Component operator products. The software also supports three standard IEC programming languages: ladder diagram, function block diagram and structured text. Password protection is supported for all Micro800 programmable controllers, ensuring a higher level of security.

    2080-LC30-16QWB - The Micro830 controller allows integration of as many as five plug-in modules. The plug-in modules enable machine builders to personalize the controllers to increase functionality. It also offers removable terminal blocks (most models) and simplified communication via serial port. The controllers include:
