VIBGUARD IIoT provides a choice of 12, 16, or 20 measuring channels, sampled in parallel and synchronously, enabling continuous monitoring and protection of even the most complex equipment against unplanned shutdowns.
Operating autonomously, VIBGUARD IIoT automatically executes measurement tasks. Data such as time signal, characteristic value, FFT spectrum, kinetic wave path (orbits), and torque are processed in parallel and near real time, allowing correlation with ongoing production processes. With its fast data processing, VIBGUARD IIoT is ideally suited for monitoring and diagnostics of systems with short operating cycles (e.g., cranes, machine tools, presses) or machines with highly dynamic processes (e.g., test benches, wind turbines, chain conveyors). It also ensures effective monitoring of critical fans and pumps.
The system captures time signals, overall values, FFT spectra, shock pulse, orbits, and more across 12, 16, or 20 parallel channels, supporting nearly all types of signal inputs. Diagnostic inputs such as vibration, Tacho Pulse, temperature, and torque are processed and correlated with manufacturing processes.
Measurements integrate seamlessly with process control systems via an MQTT interface, supported by intelligent data management tools for efficient data reduction.
Advanced alarm functionalities, including variable frequency band alarms and frequency band trending, enable detection of specific machine faults such as unbalance, misalignment, gear mesh issues, and bearing failures.
Additionally, VIBGUARD IIoT can be connected to the buffered outputs of real-time protection systems, enabling detailed analysis and monitoring of turbomachinery.
