The Sensaguard range features advanced latest generation Radio Frequency Identification technology for coding and inductive technology for sensing, providing high reliability and tamper-resistance. The switches have a large sensing range and ensure tolerance to door misalignment.
The 440N-Z21SS2AN Sensaguard safety switch has 2 x PNP safety outputs, 1 x PNP auxiliary output, and an assured sensing distance of 18mm. It has a 3m cable and comes with a standard code actuator. This switch has LED indication which allows easy visibility of door status and rapid diagnostics. It also features margin indication. The rectangular housing is made of durable plastic, in red for highly visibility. This switch is IP69K rated, which ensures that it can withstand powerful jets of water and is fully protected against dust ingress. It is ideal for use with sliding, hinged, and lift-off machine guard doors.
The Sensaguard safety interlock switches can be connected to standard safety relays, SmartGuards and safety I/O blocks to suit your needs. They also maintain PLe, SIL 3, Cat 4 rating even with multiple units connected in series. These cost-effective safety switches are designed meet a broad range of industrial applications.
