    For a dependable safety interlock switch that is perfectly suited to work on small machine guard doors, the 440K-C21097 Cadet 3 switch by Allen Bradley Guardmaster is the ideal solution.

    The versatile Cadet 3 safety switch has 2 entry slots and a conveniently rotatable head, which provides up to 8 actuator entry positions. It has unique compact housing to offer improved application flexibility. To ensure easy mounting it also features industry standard DIN 50047 fixing centers. This reliable interlock switch is designed for use with hinged, sliding, and lift-off machine guards and provides excellent protection for equipment and machine operators.

    The 440K-C21097 Cadet 3 interlock unit has 3NC (Normally Closed) safety contacts and a 90° actuator, which is made of stainless-steel for enhanced durability. Conduit entry is M16. It is environmentally sealed to IP67, ensuring that it is both dust-proof and water-tight and can be used in wash-down environments. The housing is red for easy visibility and is made of resilient UL approved glass-filled polyester. It has a voltage rating of 600VAC/DC. To operate this safety switch the specially profiled key should be permanently attached to the machine guard door. It can then be inserted into the switch.
